15 Day Free Return Policy
Products can be returned/exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered).
In any other case apart from receipt of damaged product, product can be exchanged with same or different products. In case you would not like to order or exchange immediately, we can give you a coupon code of the same amount, that will remain valid for the next one year.
Returns / Replacements /Exchange are done free of cost if the request is raised within 15 days from date of delivery. Post that no request shall be entertained. However, Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases which come under legal scrutiny.

The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return or Exchange ) should be shared with the Customer Support.

Refund Policy
Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
Mode of Refund
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

Shipping Charges:
We provide free shipping for any order amount to all locations within India. This shipping charge can be modified at any point without prior intimation. The charges (if any) will reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout page while placing an order.
Estimated Delivery Time:
For all areas serviced by our courier partner, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Saturday, Sundays and other holidays). Tracking Packages:
You can track your package by going to your order page at https://www.ruhaaniyatt.com/ .We will mail you shipment details with tracking link of your consignment in your registered email address once the product is shipped. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may take longer to appear online as it takes time to update the tracking details on our website.
Non-availability on Delivery:
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help us to deliver your package faster.
